The first shipment of 3 containers containing the fencing, holding down bolts and the lighting towers and generators for Dodowa arrived at Tema port on 18 January and are currently at UT Logistics awaiting clearance and transfer to site. Discussions continue with local suppliers with a view to sourcing discrete items of equipment locally and to take forward the installation, commissioning, maintenance and training in support of the hospital equipment, an experienced Ghanaian Clinical Specialist joined the team on 3 February.
