Kumawu

The site is generally centred on 691273.02E, 767937.98N (Ghana WGS84, UTM Zone 30) and sits just to the north of Kumawu, the capital of Sekyere Afram Plains, a district in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. The site sits 4km north of Kumawu, along the main highway between Kumawu and Kwaman. The south-western boundary of the site is defined by the main highway and provides easy access onto the site. The site itself rising from the road through dense vegetation. The area of proposed site has been calculated at 86.12 Acres (34.85 Hectares), although only part of the overall site will be available for development ultimately.
