Sekondi – Kansawurado District
The site is generally centred on 635982.22E, 550497.32N (Ghana WGS84, UTM Zone 30) and is located to the north of the Sekondi Takoradi Metropolitan area along the Mampong-Aahanta Abassa Road. The site is located approximately 600m to the east of the Mampong-Aahanta Abassa Road up an unmade haul road being used for construction. The site sits at an elevation of approximately 33m and is located adjacent to a new gas main being constructed by Sinopec International Petroleum of China for the Ghana National Gas Project. The area of proposed site has been calculated at 38.84 Acres (15.72 Hectares).
