As of the end of July there was a skilled workforce of 893 labourers, managers, carpenters, masons, engineers on 5 active hospital sites across Ghana. The workforce is in the majority made up of Ghanaians, with almost 75% of those employed from within the local communities, to where the sites are based.
The new hospital will house Adansi North District’s first publicly owned, dedicated maternity centre ensuring that more women will have access to health workers during pregnancy and childbirth.
