A 4-week training programme is taking place at the old Dodowa District Hospital in order to induct the 157 clinical staff to the new hospital equipment they’ll be using when they move to the new hospital, to promote safe and effective use of the medical equipment and to understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals and maintenance requirements.
The launch took place on 23 June where Dr. Margaret Chebere (Ghana Health Service Head of HR) and the District Assembly Chief Executive Hon. Emmanuel Lartey, among others, were in attendance.
Feedback from the training has been extremely encouraging from all the trainees.
